Refund Policy

At Skincera, we want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. Every order is packed with care, but in the rare case that a product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item has been shipped, we are happy to provide a refund.

If you have made an online payment, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment, whether it is a debit or credit card, bank account, or digital wallet. The refund process will be initiated once we receive and verify your request, and the amount will be credited within 7 working days.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, we will process the refund directly to your bank account. Once we receive your request and the necessary details, the refund will be completed within 14 working days.

To request a refund, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. This helps us verify the issue quickly and ensure a smooth resolution.

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, and while we do not accept returns or replacements, we stand by our commitment to resolving genuine concerns fairly and promptly.
