Because our products are personal care essentials, we do not accept returns or offer replacements once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to ensure that every product you receive is untouched and safe for personal use.

We request all customers to carefully review product details, ingredients, and descriptions before placing an order. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product. While we do not offer returns or replacements, we will do our best to review the issue and provide a fair resolution where applicable.
